Match You Recruit is a family-run GP recruitment business built on three generations of healthcare experience, united by a shared passion for patient care, community health, and supporting doctors and healthcare professionals to build balanced, fulfilling careers.
Founded by two mums on maternity leave, Match You Recruit was created after seeing firsthand the growing shortage of GPs in clinics across Australia. With over a decade of experience working alongside doctors, nurses, and allied health teams in emergency departments and clinics, we understand the real impact GP shortages have on communities and the increasing pressure this places on emergency departments.
As mothers, we understand how important flexibility and work-life balance are for healthcare professionals. Our goal is to help find roles that suit their lifestyle, values, and career stage, while also supporting clinics to access high-quality, reliable doctors and health professionals who are the right fit for their practice and community.
What sets Match You Recruit apart is our deep, practical understanding of how clinics operate from the inside out. Our team includes over 25 years of frontline medical reception experience across clinics and hospitals, bringing invaluable insight into patient communication and clinic operations and workflows. This allows us to act as a trusted voice for practices and ensure placements are realistic, sustainable, and beneficial for both clinics and clinicians, and the communities they serve.
We provide honest and transparent recruitment support across permanent GP placements, locum GP opportunities, rural and regional clinic support, as well as allied health and nursing recruitment. We take the time to truly understand the needs of both clinics and healthcare professionals, creating placements that support long-term success rather than short-term solutions.
